1. •The Chinese language: there are many terms that refers to the Chinese language.  For example 汉语 Han yu，中文 Zhong wen， 华语 Hua yu. 汉语Hanyu refers to both spoken and written, whereas 中文 Zhong wen is the written form.  华语 Hua Yu is commonly known in Singapore, Malaysia and many overseas Chinese communities as the written and spoken of Chinese language.
